Recipe time

I tried the following recipe, which I saw on Good Eats:

I didn't have pecans, so I used smoked almonds. And my dried cranberries were homemade, so they were *very* sour, but a little pomegranate jelly helped that. I also added some sesame oil & a little raspberry vinaigrette dressing to the mix.
