Easy Curried cauliflower
Cut up and steam one head of cauliflower.
In a pot, combine 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, and one container of tofu, cubed. Heat on low heat until warm throughout. Add the cauliflower. For extra yumminess, serve on zucchini pancakes & top with sliced avacado.
